This is to promulgate to you all that Comr Banwo Tolani (Pka Tolani Talker) who emerged as the top dog is the just concluded NAPSS Presidential race has officially stepped down in compliance with the eligibility procedures of our NAPSS constitution, We recognise that withdrawing from this race is never an easy decision as it requires immense courage, we sincerely appreciate Comr Tolani Banwo’s dedication towards upholding the virtue of Rule of Law So in lieu to this, as the NAPSS electoral committee is committed in ensuring a credible electoral process by upholding the legal provisions in accordance to NAPSS constitution , we hereby consequently declare Comr Agoro warris, Popularly known as Political Thinker who emerged as the first runner-up and the only opposition also having meet all requirements in accordance with NAPSS constitution procedures as the Winner of the NAPSS presidential election.
“Hon Aderibigbe Tajudeen Disqualified from NAPSS SRC Speaker Election for Not Meeting criteria to contest.
“Following a thorough review _the electoral commission inform the public that Hon Aderibigbe Tajudeen has been disqualified from contesting as the Speaker in the Coming Student Representative Council (SRC) election as he does not meet the criteria to contest, as this subject to SECTION 6 (11) of NAPSS constitution ;The Eco committee that would be nominated by the SRC must have CGPA of 3.00 upward_ falling in short of that, the nominated person is automatically disqualified .The president and Speaker contesting must have the CGPA of 3.50 upward.*As a Just body who frowns at any electoral malpractice and its vices we announce Hon Tajudeen disqualification.We implore all NAPSSITES to be in the best of their conduct during this time and look forward to more details concerning the SRC election which shall be holding in some hours time .
