Popular Yoruba Nollywood actor Babatunde Tayo, known as Baba Tee, has retracted his previous denial and confessed to having a brief sexual encounter with comedian Lande’s wife, Dara.
This admission came during a live interview with socialite Esabod and other TikTokers following a heated public dispute.Previously, Baba Tee had denied the affair, challenging Lande to provide proof of his claims regarding his wife’s infidelity, which Lande publicly asserted involved multiple men in the entertainment industry, including Baba Tee.
The actor initially stated that he only met Dara once through actress Marygold and did not recognize her as Lande’s wife at that time.
However, in a surprising turn, Baba Tee recounted that while playing a game of “Truth or Dare” with Marygold and Dara at his home, he became intoxicated. Under the influence and prompted by Marygold’s dares, he ended up having sexual relations with Dara. He revealed that Marygold had introduced Dara merely as a content creator, not as Lande’s spouse, complicating the narrative further.
Following his revelation, Esabod suggested that Baba Tee should apologize to Lande for the earlier denial and potential defamation.
Shortly after, Baba Tee expressed his regret on Facebook, acknowledging that he was unaware of Dara’s marriage to Lande at the time of the incident.
Marygold, the actress involved, is reportedly managing Lande and is accused of having recorded the events between Baba Tee and Dara.
