On The Federal Government has designated Monday, March 31, and Tuesday, April 1, as public holidays for the Eid-el-Fitr celebration.

Minister of Interior Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo announced this, congratulating Muslims on the completion of Ramadan.

He encouraged the community to embody virtues like self-discipline and compassion while fostering love and unity in society.In a statement, the Minister urged Nigerians to pray for the nation’s peace and prosperity during this festive season.

He emphasized the importance of celebrating responsibly and helping those in need, reflecting the spirit of Ramadan.

Lastly, Tunji-Ojo extended warm Eid Mubarak wishes to all Muslims, hoping the season brings joy and fulfillment.
