The family members of British diplomatic personnel in Israel have been “temporarily withdrawn” amid ongoing hostilities between Iran and Israel, according to the UK Foreign Office on Wednesday.
The Foreign Office stated that relatives of staff members at the UK embassy in Tel Aviv and the consulate in Jerusalem were temporarily evacuated as a precaution. However, they confirmed that the diplomatic staff themselves remain at their posts.
