ATTACKER AWARDS FULL SCHOLARSHIP TO OOU ASPIRANT WITH THE HIGHEST POST-UTME SCORE, 10 OTHERS
Rt. Hon Abdel-Majid Adesegun Adekoya (ATTACKER), the Deputy Minority Whip, Federal House of Representatives, Abuja has awarded full scholarship to 11 aspirants of Olabisi Onabanjo University Ago-Iwoye for their outstanding performance in the just concluded Post-UTME of the Univeristy.
Rt. Hon Abdel-Majid Adesegun Adekoya ATTACKER made this known to Mr. Oluwaseun Ogunmakinju (Enzaim), a tutorial centre director who informed him about the stellar performance of these students on Sunday, December 26, 2021.
According to Mr. Enzaim, “Attacker has approved scholarship for Michael Adegoke, who scored 96%— the aspirant with the highest score in the Post-UTME and other 10 aspirants who also performed exceptionally in the examination. The scholarship will run till the aspirants graduate from Olabisi Onabanjo University”.
Mr Enzaim while appreciating ATTACKER noted that “this is the first time an aspirant with the highest score in OOU’s Post-UTME will be awarded full scholarship. This has never happened before. Oga has not even set his eyes on the aspirant. He is just impressed about his results”.
Over the years, ATTACKER has been described as one of the few political office holders in the country who is passionate about education and academic wellness of youths. According to reports,ATTACKER pays the tuition fees of hundreds of higher institution students annually.
Furthermore, on a yearly basis, ATTACKER, through one of his numerous empowerment schemes, provides hundreds of laptops for high-flying students and youths in the higher institutions within Ogun State.
