The above named committee wishes to inform the entire student populace and the aspirants that the Calender for the OOU SUG election has been approved.
The Electoral processes will kick off on Tuesday 13th December and end on Friday 23rd December. The complete processes and dates are listed below:
1 – Management Screening : Tuesday, 13th December 2022 (time : to be determined)
2- Eco Screening : Wednesday, 14th December 2022 (time: 11 am)
3 – Manifesto : Thursday, 15th December 2022 (time: 12pm)
4 – Demo election: Tuesday, 20th December 2022 (time: tbd)
5- SUG CEC Election: Thursday, 22nd December 2022 (time: tbd)
6 – SUG SHS Election: Friday, 23rd December 2022 (time: 11 am).
Please take note that all Aspirants (SHS and CEC) must be present at the Management’s Screening on Tuesday, with a printed copy of their Results
We admonish all Aspirants to intensify their campaign activities as soon as examinations end.
The ECO has been tasked to organize a free, fair and effective election and we are committed to achieving this.
