This declaration comes in response to recent actions by the opposition Democratic Party, which advanced a reduced budget bill through the parliamentary budget committee.Additionally, the Democratic Party has put forth impeachment motions against a state auditor and the chief prosecutor.Yoon defended this severe action by stating it was essential to maintain the constitutional order, accusing the opposition of derailing the parliamentary process and leading the nation into turmoil.
