Wizkid started his career in 2001 at the age of 10. He watched the likes of 2baba, Dbanj, M.l, and Banky W record their albums. He came into the limelight in 2010 at the age of 19 (9 years of up-and-coming).

Kizz Daniel joined a music band called the EMOTALS in 2004, which crashed in 2007. That didn’t stop him; he persisted until he became known in 2014 with WOJU (10 years of struggle).
