The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) has activated its recruitment portal for shortlisted 2025 applicants, directing them to complete a mandatory screening update ahead of the final selection stage.
In a statement released on Wednesday, the Service clarified that only candidates who successfully passed the earlier phases of the recruitment process are eligible to proceed.Qualified applicants are required to visit the official portal: https://updates.customs.gov.ng, where they are to fill out a designated form to update their personal information in preparation for the final interview and physical screening.
The NCS stressed that completing this step is compulsory, warning that failure to do so before the deadline could lead to disqualification.“This is a continuation of the recruitment process leading to the final stage.
All successful candidates from previous phases must log in to the portal and complete the required form,” the statement noted.
The portal will remain open until 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 10, 2026.The Service also reminded applicants that the recruitment exercise is entirely free, urging them to ignore any individuals or messages demanding payment for job placement.“All official communication will be made only through verified channels,” the statement added.To support candidates, the NCS has made available help desk contacts and its official social media platforms for inquiries and verification.Shortlisted candidates are strongly advised to complete the update before the deadline to avoid missing out on the final stage of the recruitment process.
