A final-year student of Cross River State School of Nursing and Midwifery has reportedly been expelled after alleged private videos linked to her surfaced online.The student, identified as Gracious Paradise, was said to have been sent home following the circulation of the explicit content. Reports claim the videos sparked attention within the school community, leading to disciplinary action by the institution.
According to local sources, the student is believed to be the daughter of a prominent clergyman.
A source familiar with the situation said the school authorities acted after the videos went viral on social media.
However, a member of the school’s Governing Board stated that the board had not officially received full details of the incident at the time, noting that the matter may be discussed at its next meeting.
Agba Jalingo, who shared the development online, alleged that the videos were leaked by the student’s boyfriend and called for an investigation into the incident.
He said the individual responsible should be identified and held accountable if found guilty.The school has not released an official statement as of the time of reporting.
