Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, widely known as Odumodublvck, has survived a car accident and is currently receiving medical care.The 31-year-old artist shared images on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, revealing the wreckage of his vehicle as well as a photo of himself in a hospital bed.
The pictures serve as confirmation that he emerged from the crash unharmed.Odumodublvck was involved in a head-on collision that left the front of his car extensively damaged. While he suffered minor injuries, he was promptly taken to the hospital for treatment.
It is still unclear whether anyone else was in the vehicle at the time of the accident.In his post, he expressed gratitude and determination: “SURVIVED. THE MACHINE MUST ARRIVE IN ONE PIECE. IT IS A MUST. THE MACHINE IS COMING.”Odumodublvck rose to prominence with his 2022 hit “Picanto,” featuring Zlatan and Ecko Miles. In 2023, he signed with NATIVE Records under Def Jam Recordings and released the EZIOKWU mixtape, which included the chart-topping track “Declan Rice.”Known for blending hip-hop, grime, and Afrobeats, he has established himself as a significant figure in Nigeria’s contemporary music scene.
